Are all the fire bowls in stock?

Our stock system is live – so if it’s ‘In Stock’ on the website it’s available for purchase and speedy delivery.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver by ‘next day’ courier service. When you have placed your order we will message you with the order status and the courier details. If we have you mobile number you will get tracking updates sent via text message.

What happens to be bowl if it is left outside?

Each bowl is finished with wax when it arrives. This will burn off and over time the surface will oxidise giving a lovely character. The bowl can be painted annually with a product called Owatrol - to preserve the original look. The bowl is best covered if it is going to be left outside for long periods while not in use. Some customers have made wooden tops so the bowl can also be used as a drinks table.

Do you make high stands?

We only make low stands. We feel the best position for a fire bowl is low down where the fire can be seen when seated and the warmth felt.

How do I store the fire bowl?

We suggest that it is stored undercover over the winter / when not used for a few weeks. We do sell covers so that the fire pit can be left outside and the ash kept dry for the next lighting.

Can I paint the fire bowl?

Most leave the fire bowl to naturally oxidise. However, we have customers who have painted the bowl with a heatproof paint or Owatrol protective paint.

How and where are they made? 

Our bowl sets are hand made by a small artisan family business in Rajasthan, North India. They are made from recycled materials (steel panels) which are beaten and then riveted together forming the beautiful shape. The high quality products we sell are shipped by sea to the UK.

Can I collect from you? 

Yes, we have stock located in Somerset (Bath).

Can I return an item for a refund? 

Yes you can return an unused item to us for a full refund. The return transport will be at your cost. Please make sure it is repacked in the original box.

How can I pay for my order? 

If you have a PayPal account then you will be able to place your order by clicking on the yellow 'PayPal Checkout' link. 

I don't have a PayPal account, can I pay a different way?

Yes, please click on the green 'Proceed To Checkout' link to pay by Debit Card, Credit Card or via Bank Transfer. If the green 'Proceed To Checkout' link isn't visible then please click on the yellow 'PayPal Checkout' link and you will see a white button that says 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card'.
